I tend to turn on the TV...I like the sleep ritual. I tend to turn on the TV to help put me to sleep and end up waking up with my heart in my throat because the gun shots I thought were real was actually the movie playing because I fell asleep with it still on. I was going to write another blog to publish...Ouch. I was going to write another blog to publish tomorrow. But since I saw this... I will go to sleep instead. <br /><br />I sleep quite soundly once I go to sleep. But since I do not believe I need that much sleep, I do myself a disservice by not going to sleep earlier. I am more committed to my to-do list than my bedtime. I have ALWAYS been a night owl. <br /><br />I currently do #5 and will work on #1 as a challenge for myself.
